Abstract

The quality of education is essential in the present era; no nation can develop without quality education. In Pakistan, it has been seen that the quality of secondary school-level education is continuously declining. For this purpose, a WhatsApp group of educationists was used to find out the reasons for the quality of education, in which a group discussion was done by asking questions. Thus, a sample of 37 respondents was selected using the responsive sampling method. After the data was collected, different themes were created from the obtained data using thematic analysis methods. Then, based on these results, recommendations were made. From the study discussion, it was concluded that the teachers should be freed from the economic issues first, then should strictly checks and balances with continuous monitoring. It is recommended that dedicated and passionate teachers should be recruited. Support of parents and the community is essential for the quality of education. It is recommended that when training is given to teachers, then there should be proper follow-up. The department will also know how much improvement has occurred after the training.
